Make your celebration a part of history in a 100 year old barn at The Barn by Two Brothers.

What does the rental include for wedding rentals?

Weekday and weekend wedding rentals include access to property on first day of rental for the hours of 10AM to 8PM (CDT). The second day of rental will be for the hours of 10AM to 11PM (CDT). In addition to the historic venue, a variety of items are included with all wedding packages such as 60” round tables, 48” round tables, 6’ long tables, chairs, various decor, a catering station, and a bridal suite. Engagement and bridal sessions on property are included with all wedding packages (excluding micro weddings). Included in the rental fee is an on-site wedding coordinator (available during event hours) at no cost. 

What decor is included with my rental?

The Barn by Two Brothers has various decor including lanterns, cake stands, votives, candles, trays, vintage windows, chalkboard signs, wooden barrels and so much more, all included at no additional cost.

How do I reserve The Barn by Two Brothers?

To secure your date, we require a non-refundable deposit (see wedding or hourly contract for pricing details) and a signed rental contract agreement. The contract can be found on our website or received in person by request. The remaining total balance (total minus the deposit) is due 60 days prior to your event.

Is The Barn by Two Brothers climate controlled?

Yes. All three levels of The Barn are heated and cooled – 5,000 sq. ft.

Can I have my engagement and bridal sessions at The Barn?

Yes. The use of The Barn by Two Brothers for engagement and bridal sessions is included at no cost (excluding micro wedding packages).

Is event insurance required?

No. Event insurance is not required but is strongly recommended.

Are tables and chairs included?

Yes. We provide 60” round tables, 48” round tables, and 6’ long tables. 100 fruitwood Chiavari chairs are also included (inside use only) at no additional cost.

May I choose my own vendors?

Yes, we believe in giving you the freedom to select all of your vendors. However, if serving alcohol during the event, we require you to use our bartender for a $100 fee.

Should food be prepared prior to arriving?

Yes. Our catering station is strictly for prepping – no cooking.

May I drop off items before my rental time has begun?

No. The Barn by Two Brothers cannot be responsible for items left in the venue. All items are to arrive when you and/or your vendors arrive at the start of your rental time and must be removed when your event has ended.

Can we end event at 11PM and clean up after?

All events are to end by 11PM (12PM to 8PM on first day of 2-day wedding rental) – this includes clean up.

Is there a maximum occupancy limit inside The Barn?

The maximum occupancy inside The Barn by Two Brothers is 98. The east side pasture creates limitless possibilities for large events and weddings.

Do you allow the use of open flame candles?

No. Open flame candles are not permitted, however, the use of mechanical candles is allowed.

Can I rent a tent for use at The Barn by Two Brothers?

Yes, however, it must be through the approved vendor of The Barn by Two Brothers. A 20’ X 20’ tent is available for $300.

I have over 75 guests for my event. Any additional recommendations?

We recommend the optional motorized cart and parking attendant to assist with helping guests arrive. The cost is $100 for a motorized cart and $100 for a parking attendant.
